Litecoin exchanges
Litecoin exchanges
Major centralized exchanges, decentralized alternatives, and swap aggregators — where to trade LTC in 2026. Then withdraw to your Lite Wallet for self-custody.
Litecoin (LTC) is listed on essentially every major cryptocurrency exchange. Centralized exchanges with high LTC liquidity include Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Bitstamp, Gemini, KuCoin, and many others. Decentralized exchanges and cross-chain swap aggregators (Uniswap via wrapped LTC, THORChain, ChangeNOW, SimpleSwap) provide alternatives without KYC for supported amounts. Exchange choice depends on jurisdiction, fiat support, fees, liquidity, and your preference for KYC vs no-KYC. This page lists major options and their relevant differentiators. For self-custody, the exchange is a transit venue — buy, withdraw to Lite Wallet, done.

Decentralized and no-KYC alternatives
For crypto-to-crypto swaps without KYC: THORChain (native cross-chain — LTC directly to BTC, ETH, etc. without wrapping), ChangeNOW, SimpleSwap, FixedFloat, and Lite Wallet's built-in swap aggregator. These services don't require accounts — you provide a receive address, send the input asset, and receive the output asset within minutes. Amount limits and spreads vary; for reasonable sizes, no KYC is required. For very large swaps, AML review may kick in. For fiat on/off-ramp, these services don't help — you need a centralized exchange for fiat. But for moving between cryptocurrencies, they're simpler and more private than a full exchange account.
