Overview

Lite Wallet for Windows is distributed as LiteWallet-Setup-v3.16.0.exe, a signed installer of approximately 673 MB. It carries the complete desktop feature set: MWEB privacy on the same implementation as every other platform, native LitVM and LTC-20 support, and direct Ledger and Trezor hardware wallet pairing with on-device signing for standard Litecoin transactions, built into the main app rather than a separate edition.

Requirements

Windows 10 (64-bit) or later. 4 GB RAM minimum, 8 GB recommended. About 500 MB of disk space after install, though the installer download itself is approximately 673 MB.

Setup on Windows

A few minutes, most of it the initial blockchain sync.

Download the installer
Get LiteWallet-Setup-v3.16.0.exe from the download page.
Run the installer
Double-click the .exe. Windows SmartScreen may show a publisher confirmation — the Lite Wallet signature is listed; approve to continue.
Complete setup
Follow the installer prompts to finish installation.
Create or restore your wallet
Launch Lite Wallet and choose 'Create new wallet' for a fresh 12-word paper key, or 'Restore existing wallet.'
Connect a hardware wallet (optional)
Plug in a Ledger or Trezor and follow the on-screen pairing flow for on-device signing.
